KKerry embarked on her recruitment career in 2001 and has specialised in HR recruitment since 2006. Recruiting HR professionals across the UK and Europe, Kerry’s built a solid client base and network founded on reputation, longstanding repeat business, along creating new business relationships.
With a comprehensive and profound understanding of HR, Kerry is recognised as a thought leader in the UK HR market. She leverages this expertise not only in recruitment but also in creating articles, insights, and updates to share with her network.
Supporting individuals as they climb the HR career ladder, or ensuring HR Teams are complimented with the right cultural, skills and knowledge fit, Kerry collaborates with clients and candidates as equal Partners. Offering honest and wise advice with ease.
Outside of work, Kerry is a Mum to two energetic boys. Rugby is a huge passion of the whole family with both boys playing for their local club, so come rain or shine, you’ll find Kerry on the sideline cheering them on! Pub walks, cooking and finding an excuse to go swimming either in a pool or open water are also a regular occurrence!

Nick Allwood
Co-Founder & Director
Nick found his true calling in recruitment in 2008 following an earlier career as an Accountant and a flurry in the UK and European fashion industry. They say variety is the spice of life!
This breadth and variety of experience, gained inside and outside of recruitment, has equipped Nick to better understand all clients and candidates when finding solutions to their HR recruitment problems.
Proud of the long-term relationships he has made over the years in the HR community, Nick feels they’ve been built on providing honest and tailored advice to a range of customers across a real breadth of sectors and company sizes.
When not up to all things HR recruitment, Nick will be found exhausted and often covered in glitter from trying to keep up with 2 young daughters. If there’s any spare time beyond that, Nick’s done what he said he’d never do, and become a MAMIL having discovered triathlon.

What’s in a name?
We wanted a name which complemented and described our passion for HR recruitment.
Insights Discovery helps you understand individual preferences, appreciate and embrace differences, strengthen communication and work together in a more effective and productive way, improving both personal and business performance.
Two of these colours are Fiery Red and Earth Green. With our different skills, attributes and personalities, there is prominence of both these two colours in our apparent make up, hence RedGreen.
Our name forms the foundations of how we work with you too – as a Partnership. We want to ensure you benefit from the combined years of experience we can offer. Not just one of us.
RedGreen is also coincidentally a nod to Nick’s passion for a Mancunian football team and Kerry’s passion for Irish Rugby!
